  27. You need to read the press release.  To quote:

  29.   "The letter states that Chicago-based VIScorp would acquire Amiga 
  30.    Technologies, including the intellectual properties of the former 
  31.    Commodore Business Machines, excepted Commodore trademarks. The 
  32.    transaction value is approximately US $40 million. Terms were not 
  33.    disclosed, and the pending acquisition would be subject to approval 
  34.    by both companies' boards of directors."
